20th sistership in Sister Libraries Programme!

We are very, very happy to announce that we have reached the amount of 20 sisterships in the Sister Libraries Programme! The Aveiro Municipal Library from Portugal and the Regional Public Library in Krakow from Poland are the libraries with this honor.

Both libraries have begun this partnership for the promotion and dissemination of books and services through the sharing of projects.

On this context, the Municipal Library of Aveiro has developed the project Share… experienced books based on the book represented in several photographs. The project can be seen in the BMA Facebook http://www.facebook.com/bibliotecamaveiro or on the library web site biblioteca.cm-aveiro.pt

The Share… experienced books project will be on display in the hall of the library since April 23 (World Book Day) to April 28.
